Recipe - Paleo egg muffins

2 cups of vegetables
1/2lb of chicken
8 eggs
1/2 a cup of water
Coconut oil

Prep time 10 mins 
Cooking time 15 - 20 mins

First cut the chicken into little chunks and cook. Cut the vegetables into small chunks. Then mix the water and eggs into a bowl and beat. Add the chicken and veg and mix then pour into a muffin tray (After it's been greased by coconut oil) then pop in the oven on 180 and leave to cook. You will see them raise pretty high but don't panic when they come out they shrink back down.
