Flaxseeds - what's all the fuss?

Flaxseeds incase you didn't already know are a new(maybe old) superfood!!! I actually decided to get the flaxseed/goji berries mix for the super-superfood combo.


"This blend of milled flax seed and goji berries are a good source of antioxidants and vitamins with omega 3, dietary fibre, zinc, iron and vitamin D. Flaxseed can help digestion so why not add to salads, granola, yoghurt or smoothies for an easy, nutritional boost?"

Listen to all that goodness! I add mine to Weetabix, in smoothies and a dash on top of my yoghurt's. I just feel like I have so much more energy, there's something about knowing the things you normally eat just became better for you and now have antioxidants, fibre, iron and more goodness that you added. Meaning in weight loss, no more bloated feelings and energy! 

I bought mine direct from Linwoods, they do free delivery and were cheaper and a lot easier to find than in store going up and down the aisles just to leave empty handed.
