So what to do when it finally hits you? Here's some of my favourite things to do..
Pilates - this is my ultimate lazy/non-lazy workout. The next day you still feel it and it's completely relaxing/refreshing. I rely on a really old DVD from MTV. I've tried some of the new ones and even the ones with awards but they aren't as good.
Tone It Up - if you haven't heard of this youtube channel you need to!! It's amazing. Always fresh new workouts, you just need a mat for most of them and you really feel it! Katrina and Karena are so fun and playful they make the workouts fun and there is tons and tons of videos to choose from. They also have printables do you can do the moves anywhere.
Kettlebells - these are my newest and most used addition. To feel a big burn these are great! I tend to vary my routine with these from using a youtube video to using a pinterest routine.
